"Our experience with Hells Canyon Sport Fishing for our white sturgeon trip was absolutely unforgettable. There were four of us in our group, and we were thrilled to have hooked seven sturgeons, successfully landing six of them. The biggest catch was nearly 9 feet long, which was incredibly exciting!
The crew took excellent care of us throughout the trip. They were knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our fishing adventure to the fullest. The trip was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better time on the water. Highly recommended for anyone looking to fish for sturgeon in a spectacular setting!

"Life is made up of experiences and Doug Richert, professional fishing guide at Hells Canyon Sport Fishing provided plenty of those for me and my family! I knew we were going to have a GREAT time the moment we met. Doug was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, PATIENT and works well with children. Doug knew where to take us. His boat was clean and in great condition. My grand nephew pulled in TWO sturgeon! He couldn't wipe the grin off his face. It was wonderful. We will never forget fishing for sturgeon with Doug. "We made the impulse decision to try for a Sturgeon before my son left for a new career. We called your office from a recommendation of a friend and Jenn said everything was booked on the only few days we had.
She said please let me make a few calls and get back to you. An hour later she called, and could make Friday the 15th work. So we said heck yeah, and scrambled a few days off work. The next day the guide Greg reached out to confirm the date and time and to see if we had any questions. They advised us on everything we would need to be prepared. We worked Thursday and then made the 7 hour drive to be to the dock on time.
The guide Greg was polite, on time and ready to go. In minutes we were on the small mouth and saving a few for bait. Less than an hour in, we also caught a salmon to release. He made the experience all that much better. He was fun, engaging, educational and seems very experienced.
All day long we were in the fish and by mid afternoon landed a fantastic Sturgeon. All one day my son hit 2 personal bests on the bass and his first Sturgeon.
