Idaho's Clearwater River features some of the largest steelhead in the world. Their called "B-Runs" meaning that they spend more time in the ocean before returning to Idaho's Clearwater River during the fall and winter to eventually spawn in late spring. These "B-Run" steelhead typically spend 3-5 years in the Pacific Ocean which allows them to average 12 pounds with others growing as large as 20 pounds. We want you to experience the pristine beauty as well as the drag-stripping fun that these incredible fish provide.
The trips typically begin in Mid-September and run all the way thru March.
