 Jason Schultz - Jason has been guiding fishermen for over 19 years and is the owner of Hells Canyon Sport Fishing. He has dedicated most of his life to working as a guide and spends over 250 days each year on the river. He lives in Lewiston, Idaho with his wife Heather, son Brayden and daughter Brooklyn. As a family they love to travel, snowmobile, ride 4-wheelers and most of all - fish together! |

 Jim McCarthy - Guiding fishermen comes naturally to Jim. He is our Clearwater River specialist. Nobody spends more time on this river then Jim. He has been fishing the Clearwater for over 25 years and has over 15 years guiding experience. Jim joined the Hells Canyon Sport Fishing team in 2003. He lives in Orofino, Id with his wife Nikki, son J.D. and daughter Kristen. Along with his fishing, Jim is one of the best big game and waterfowl hunters we know! |

 Doug Richert - Doug joined the Hells Canyon Sport Fishing team in 2004. He started out training with Jason as a deckhand on weekends while he was attending college at E.W.U Doug showed an immediate passion for the job and worked hard toward getting his coastguard and guide licenses. He came on the board full time in 2005 and has since become one of the hardest working and most productive guides on the river. Doug lives in Clarkston, WA with his wife Corin. |

 Ryan Rosenbaum- A Master's OUPV Coast Guard Captain, has been guiding for nearly a decade. He has experience guiding the rivers of Idaho and Alaska. He began his employment with Hells Canyon Sport Fishing in 2005. After 2 years, he took a furlough to Wyoming where he guided elk and deer hunts. He has once again joined our staff in 2009. He resides in Lewiston, Idaho with his wife, LaChelle and his two daughters, Kaylee and Katelyn. |

James and Mark - On our 6 person trips we always like to have a deckhand onboard to bait hooks, untangle lines and best of all net lots of fish! We feel very lucky to have had some really talented, hard working young men that make the experience better for all of us. James Hollingshead joined our team in 2006 and Mark Diaz in 2007. They have a passion for fishing that proves their dedication not only on our trips but in their own Bass Tournaments. Thanks James and Mark, you are both great assets to the team!!!
