Jason Schultz - Jason has been guiding fishermen for over 16 years, and is the owner of Hells Canyon Sport Fishing. Jason has dedicated most of his life working as a guide and spends over 250 days each year on multiple rivers. He lives in Lewiston, Idaho with is wife Heather, and son Brayden. As a family they love to travel, snowmobile during the winter months, ride 4 wheelers, and most of all fish together.

Doug Richert - Doug joined the Hells Canyon Sport Fishing team in 2004. Doug started out training with Jason as a deckhand on weekends while he was attending college at Eastern Washington University. Doug showed and immediate passion for the job and worked hard towards getting his coast guard guides license. Doug came on boards full time in 2005 and has since become one the hardest working and most productive guides on the river. Doug lives in Clarkston, Washington with his wife Corin.

Jim Mcarthy - Guiding fisherman comes natural to Jim. He is our Clearwater River specialist. Nobody spends more time on this river than Jim. He has been fishing the Clearwater for 25 years and has over 10 years guiding experience. Jim joined the Hells Canyon Sport Fishing team in 2003. He live in Orofino, Idaho with his wife Nikki, son J.D, and daughter Kristen. Along with his fishing, Jim one the best big game and waterfowl hunters we know.
