Hells Canyon Report - Yesterday was another unbelievable day on the river with the end result being another 50 keepers and boat loads of wild steelhead released...

Category: Blog

Hi everyone,
Yesterday was another unbelievable day on the river with the end result being another 50 keepers and boat loads of wild steelhead released. The weather turned south on us and the rain finally came in a big way and that was the end of our great chukar hunting. It rained hard all through the night causing the Salmon R. to color up just slightly and seemed to have got all our fish on the move. Today we fished a short 2 hours with only 4 keepers and got our clients to Heller bar early to catch their flights. All and all we had an incredible weekend and putting over 100 steelhead in the freezer was crazy! Special thanks to SASCO electric and Turnure Telecom for all the fun!

Thanks and Fish On!!!!!
