Hi everyone,
I noticed that the lower granite fish counts were up to a couple hundred fish per day this morning so I decided to try a little night time back trolling with some friends and my family for these early A-Run Steelhead. These early fish are always the strongest fighting steelhead for their smaller size and even though you can’t keep these fish until this coming Saturday it is always a blast to go out at night with a pizza and a cooler of beer and hook and release some of the jumpinest, hard hitting fish of the season. Tonight the fishing was great and we hooked 10 and had 7 to the boat in only 2 hrs of fishing. Not too bad for the first try of the season! All of the fish were 4-8lbs and we caught all the fish on lighted plugs. Here are a few pics from tonight and if anyone is interested in trying this night fishing give me a call and we can go have a blast!

Thanks and Fish On!!!!!
